Amanu comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, we will refund you.

Our guarantee

If you are not happy with Amanu, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No elaborate justification needed — a short note about what did not work for you helps us improve, but is not required.

Try before you buy

Every download includes a 14-day free trial with no card required, so you can confirm Amanu works for you on your own Mac before paying. We encourage using the trial first; the money-back guarantee is there for the cases the trial did not catch.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, and include your Paddle order or transaction number (it is on the receipt Paddle emailed you). Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, the refund is issued through Paddle; you may also contact Paddle directly using the details on your receipt.

Timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider, but the refund is typically initiated within a few business days of approval.

After a refund

A refunded purchase ends the associated license. Please stop using the paid app; you are welcome to return to the free trial or to purchase again later.
